supporting the ongoing development of payroll staff and processing

NEW: WEB-BASED TIME ENTRY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
Rollout of the Web Time Entry program for all salaried employees - effective September 1, 2007. The rollout was made possible by a collaboration between the Payroll Office, the IT Project Management Office, the Oracle Development Team and the Office of Human Resources. With the Web Time Entry program, bubbling timecards will no longer be necessary, and time calculations will be done automatically.
SCANTRON FORMS NO LONGER VALID, effective
September 1, 2007
No more scantron forms for time worked, or leave taken, for the month of September. All employees will now record time using Web Time Entry, effective September 1, 2007. The first submittal to payroll will be due October 2, 2007. NOTE: Any timecards that have not been submitted to payroll for time worked or leave taken prior to September 1 will continue to be processed via scantron forms.
