Insufficient Fund Travel Applications

All documents listed above are checked for:

Availability of funds in the account(s)
Verification of account manager's signature

Any account determined to have insufficient funds or improper signature(s), A&I office will notify the account managers via an insufficient funds memo or an unauthorized signature memo.

Other Documents:

Account Authorized Signature Forms are to be submitted to Analysis & Information except the Grants & Contracts Accounts (51xxxx - 53xxxx).
